A global network of locally connected men

WNOW (When No One’s Watching) began with two friends looking out for one another. It’s now turned into a global movement, where every Wednesday over 2000 men from around the world show up for each other.

Watch the WNOW origin story.

Tadhg Kennelly and Dave Eccles talk to Siobhan Marin from ABC’s Compass programme about The Friendship Recession and how WNOW came to be.

Tadhg talks about his journey.

What led him to start WNOW and the Sunrise Club with his best friend, what it means to him and the goal of reaching 1 million men.

Sunrise Club, so much more than just a
meet up.

Every Wednesday at 6am, rain or shine, men across the globe come together. Not just for a little exercise, but for something deeper, a connection, an understanding, and the shared journey of becoming better men.

In a world where 60 men take their lives every hour, we need to look out for each other. We recognise that silence can be a our worst enemy and behind every smile, there might be a silent struggle.

Where we can drop our body armour and not be judged

Sunrise Clubs are the soul of WNOW, they exist to break the barriers of isolation, offering a space where men can gather, be vulnerable, authentic, and supported. They offer a safe space where everyone is equal.

and where we know someone has our back.

There are currently 48 Sunrise Clubs where our members gather together each week. They’re free attend and we even shout our new members their first coffee.

The exercises are designed for all fitness levels and members are encouraged to take everything at their own pace. So sign up today and come along to our next sunrise club.
