A question we get asked quite a lot is... What’s a Chapter?
The simplest answer is Chapters are how we refer to our locations, the individual groups of men that get together for Sunrise club each Wednesday.
But the term ‘Chapter’ means far more. For us, we look at WNOW as a book that is currently being written, that book wouldn’t exist without the stories being told by our members in each of our Chapters. Together we’re plotting the narrative of WNOW and if our growth over the last couple of years is anything to go by, it’s going to be a very big book.

Auckland - Browns Bay
The Browns Bay crew are proud to join Om
Meeting at one of the North Shore's best beaches opposite the Ocean Breeze cafe, join us on Wednesday morning from 6am for a chat, a catch up, some exercise, a quick dip in the sea, and a coffee to kickstart your day the right way.

Christchurch
Kia ora and welcome to WNOW Christchurch, proudly the first WNOW group in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand.
Join us on Wednesday mornings at 6am for a light workout in central Christchurch, followed by coffee and great conversation. We meet at Atawhai Cafe, ground floor at Papa Hou (The Kind Foundation, 4 Rolleston Avenue).
Whether you're here for the exercise, the connection, or just the fresh air, the Otautahi crew will make you feel right at home. Whether we work out indoors or outside, coffee will be back at Atawhai Cafe.

Omaha
WNOW New Zealand has landed.
Hamish and the boys are gracing the beach of Omaha on a Thursday morning for a light work out, dip in the ocean, great coffee and even better chat and connection.
No better place to launch in the Land of the Long White Cloud than in the surf haven and one of New Zealand’s best white sand beaches of Omaha.
Be good to yourself, set your alarm on Wednesday night to be down on the beach at 6am on Thursday. The boys will greet you with a warm smile and a few burpees.
Ōmokoroa
WNOW New Zealand is arguably the most scenic of any of our countries, adding Ōmokoroa to the list of beautiful chapters.
Some say Ōmokoroa means ‘the long lizard’ in Māori and the pace of life in this coastal settlement is certainly relaxed and unhurried.
This is a place to unwind by the sea and enjoy the friendly community, beautiful walks and immaculate gardens that grace this peninsula.

Ballinrobe
WNOW Ballinrobe – Wednesday at 7am
In the heart of County Mayo, the men of Ballinrobe meet every Wednesday at 7am to add connection tho their week. Set against the backdrop of Lough Mask and the quiet charm of the town, this WNOW group offers a space to slow down, check in, and connect - no filters, no expectations.
You don’t need to have the right words or the perfect week - just show up. The kettle’s usually on after, and the conversation stays with you long after you leave. All men welcome.
Bundoran
One of the gems of Ireland, Bundoran. Known for its epic surf, beautiful beaches, the Rougey cliff walk, Brian McAniff, the Holyrood, Fairy Bridges, Waterworld and the Kicking Donkey. Many a childhood summer was spent and memories created in Bundoran.

Head down on a Wednesday morning and you will be greeted warmly and never look back. Be kind to yourself and go meet the legends.
Dun Laoghaire
The Irish Sea is said to make men younger by jumping in it at least once a week! Join up and let us know the truth.
Join the first WNOW chapter in Dublin and become part of a rapidly growing global movement of men interested in dropping the body armour, being real, and developing a local community of like-minded men.
We meet at 6.30am on Friday mornings in the beautiful surrounds of the recently re-developed Dun Laoghaire Baths (in the amphitheatre) for a light workout, a good chat, an optional dip in the sea, and a coffee together.
Absolutely everyone is welcome.
Kildare
Set in the idyllic village of Kill in County Kildare, our 1st Irish chapter was founded in April 2024. Stephen, David and Stephen welcome everyone with a warm smile and cup of tea or coffee every week.
Proud of WNOW’s Irish roots it's an honour to have our first international chapter back in the motherland, and no better place than beautiful Kildare.
Every Wednesday at 6am we meet in the park beside St Brigid’s Church.

WNOW Gili Meno – Wednesdays at 6am
On the quiet shores of Gili Meno, with the sun rising over turquoise waters, a group of men gather each Wednesdays at 6am. It’s not about fitness or fixing - it’s about being present, checking in, and sharing whatever’s real, in the most peaceful corner of Bali.
Whether you’re a local, a traveller, or just passing through, the WNOW Gili Meno group is a reminder that connection doesn’t need walls - just willing hearts. All men welcome. Just bring yourself (and maybe a sarong).

Thames Valley
Welcome to “WNOW in the Valley”… our first Canadian chapter at Pioneer Park in Bayfield. Bloody awesome.
It’s a place for men in Thames Valley to connect, build community, and strengthen our community one cold dip and coffee sip at a time! As our community is quite large, we will meet once a month for now on a Sunrise Saturday Morning at Bayfield ON and then go for a coffee at the Little Inn of Bayfield.
No car, no problem, we can ride share from London ON. Let’s make WNOW in the Valley a reality!

WNOW UK has landed with our first Chapter in the beautiful settings of Clapham Commons.
London's first Chapter is here, so come along and join Ian and the gang (and the squirrels) in Clapham Common West Side.
Opposite St Barnabas' Church, we meet at 6:30am every Wednesday for some light circuits, connection and coffee.
You'll be an old timer before you can say "why is it still raining?"

NYC - Central Park
WNOW Central Park – Wednesdays at 6am
Before the city wakes up, a group of men gather in Central Park every Wednesday at 6am - not for a workout, but for something deeper. This WNOW chapter meets near the reservoir for honest conversation, quiet connection, and a powerful reminder that we’re better when we show up for each other.
With sunrise light filtering through the trees and the hum of New York still at rest, it’s the perfect moment to pause, breathe, and be real. Whether you're a local or just passing through, all men are welcome. Just turn up.
Michigan
