WNOW Signed Shirt Raffle
1. Promoter
This raffle is conducted by When No One’s Watching Ltd (WNOW), ABN 71 548 779 156, with its registered office at 42 Bindea St, Como, NSW 2226, Australia.
2. Raffle Details
The “Signed Shirt Raffle” gives participants a chance to win one of the following prizes:
1x Signed 2025 British & Irish Lions Jersey, valued at AUD $2,000
1x Signed 2025 Australian Wallabies Jersey, valued at AUD $1,000
Prizes are not transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased via the official WNOW website: wnow.org
Three ticket types are available:
Bronze – $20 for 1 entry
Silver – $50 for 4 entries
Gold – $100 for 10 entries
There is a maximum of 1,000 total tickets available. There is no limit per person.
4. Key Dates
Raffle Opens: Wednesday 9 July 2025
Raffle Closes: Thursday 31 July 2025 at 10:00pm (AEST)
Draw Date: Friday 1 August 2025 at 8:30am (AEST)
Draw Location: Bondi Beach, during the WNOW Sunrise Club with the British & Irish Lions
5. Eligibility
This raffle is open to all individuals. There are no age or geographic restrictions for entry.
WNOW employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. How the Draw Works
The raffle will be drawn manually from a physical pool of entries under supervision.
Winners will be:
Notified by email
Announced publicly via the WNOW email newsletter and on the WNOW website (wnow.org) from 3 August 2025
7. Prize Collection & Delivery
If the winner is not present at the Sunrise Club event, WNOW will contact them via email. Prizes can either be:
Collected in person
Delivered via registered post, at no cost to the winner (including international addresses)
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, a second electronic draw will be conducted. This process will repeat until a valid, contactable winner is confirmed.
8. Refund & Dispute Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased. Any disputes can be submitted via email to events@wnow.org, and will be reviewed in good faith by the WNOW team.
9. Permits and Compliance
This raffle does not require a permit, as the total prize pool and structure fall within permissible limits under Australian law.
10. Use of Funds
All proceeds from this raffle support WNOW, a registered not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving men's mental health and wellbeing. WNOW currently operates in 48 locations across 7 countries and is an official charity partner of the British & Irish Lions 2025 tour of Australia.
11. Privacy and Data Use
Entry data is collected solely for the purpose of administering the raffle.
All personal information will be securely stored and deleted after the draw and fulfilment of prizes.
At the time of purchase, entrants may opt in to receive the WNOW newsletter. Those who subscribe will be sent a follow-up email with the option to register as a WNOW member.
